caster sugar g 600
unsalted butter 82% fat g 400
eggs g 700

Preparation

METHOD: beat all the ingredients together in a mixer for 6-8 minutes. Place in moulds that have been greased or lined with ovenproof paper. Bake at 180-200°C.
