to the white base, mix with a hand blender and put into the batch freezer. Form the first layer of ice-cream in the tub and immediately pour JOYCOUVERTURE EXTRA CHOC DARK
, after heating it at low temperature, and blend. Form the second layer of ice-cream and pour some more JOYCOUVERTURE
, then blend.
Decorate the surface with more JOYCOUVERTURE
or with some very thin sheets of pure chocolate.
