Preparation

Mix together JOYBASE PASSION CREAM 100, JOYGELATO YOGURT, sugar and dextrose. Add the low fat yoghurt to the milk, add the powder mixture, mix with a hand blender and put into the batch freezer. Variegate with JOYFRUIT ALBICOCCA.
