Preparation

Add JOYPASTE BISCOTTO PREMIUM and JOYPASTE LIMONE to the white base, mix with a hand blender and put into the batch freezer.
Place a layer of ice-cream into the ice-cream pan, forming a smooth surface then put into the blast chillerfor about 3 minutes.
Spread JOYCREAM LEMONBISCOTTO and decorate with MERINGUE DROPS.
