MINUETTO LATTE SANTO DOMINGO 38% g 400
milk 3.5% fat g 1000
water g 1300

Preparation

Blend milk and boiling water with JOYBASE CHOCO TANDEM and MINUETTO LATTE SANTO DOMINGO 38%.

Leave to rest for 10-15 minutes. 

Pour the mixture into a batch freezer and leave until the preparation is complete.
