In a planetary mixer with a paddle attachment, mix all the ingredients at low speed for about 2 minutes.
Shape the dough into 3-4 cm diameter cylinders, wrap them into parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Bake at 200°C for 10-12 minutes.
