eggs g 350
water g 200-250
vegetable oil g 300
PEPITA FONDENTE 1100 g 100
JOYPASTE VANIGLIA MADAGASCAR/BOURBON g 15

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients, except for PEPITE FONDENTI, in a planetary mixer at medium speed for 4-5 minutes.

At the end, combine PEPITE FONDENTI to the batter.

Final composition

Fill muffin cups 2/3 full with the batter.

Bake at 180-200°C for about 25 minutes.
