SINGLE-SERVING SOFT CAKES
|unsalted butter 82% fat - softened
Mix all the ingredients in a planetary mixer with the paddle attachment at low speed for 5 minutes.
Fill cupcake cups 2/3 full with the batter.
Bake at 180-200°C for about 25 minutes.
Decorate as you like most.
You can finish your cupcakes with some whipped cream on top."
