Ingredients

TOP CAKE g 1000
eggs - at room temperature g 500
seed oil g 500

Preparation

Combine all the ingredients in a planetary mixer with the paddle attachment for 2 minutes at low speed.

Final composition

Cast the batter into the muffin moulds (about 60g of batter for each), then bake at 220°C for about 15 minutes in a conventional oven.
