Preparation

PARADISO g 1.000 Egg whites g 1.000 Sugar g 200 LEVOSUCROL - honeyg 30 Beat all the ingredients together in a mixer equipped with paddle attachment at medium speed for 5 minutes. Place the mixture thus obtained on ovenproof paper with the desired thickness (5-8 millimetres) and bake at 220-230°C for 6-7 minutes.
