Ingredients

JOYQUICK WHITE CHOCOLATE g 1200
milk 3.5% fat - boiling g 3000

Preparation

Mix JOYQUICK WHITE CHOCOLATE and boiling milk using a whisk or mixing with a hand blender until the chocolate is completely melted.

Put in the batch freezer.

Final composition

Swirl using JOYCREAM MILK&COCOA.

Decorate with Dobla.
