Ingredients

Warm water g 3.000
JOYPASTE MELAGRANA g 300
fresh grated ginger g 25
JOYBASE PREMIUM LIMONE g 300
Sucrose g 900

Preparation

Mix water, grated ginger, and JOYPASTE POMEGRANATE. 

Add the dry ingredients mixed with JOYBASE PREMIUM LIMONE 100 and mix with a hand blender.

Let the mixture rest for 15 minutes and put it in the batch freezer.
