JOYPASTE BISCOTTO g 150
JOYPASTE NOCCIOLA INTENSE g 120
JOYPASTE CANNELLA g 15

Preparation

Add JOYPASTE BISCUITJOYPASTE HAZELNUT INTENSE and JOYPASTE CANNELLA to the white base. Mix with a hand blender and put into the batch freezer. Place a layer of ice-cream into the ice-cream pan, forming a smooth surface then put into the blast chiller. Spread about 1 centimetre of JOYFRUIT LAMPONE and decorate with BISCUIT GRAINS and raspberries.
