Mix all the ingredients until obtaining a smooth consistency. Pour in the slush machine and start the cooling system.
Procedure for Granita in tub
Mix all the ingredients until obtaining a smooth consistency. Pour in the batch freezer and start the appropriate program for Granita (if not available, remove the product while it is still liquid). Pour the Granita in the tub and stir often.
