JOYPASTE BUBBLEFAN g 320

Preparation

-Mix with immersion mixer the white base with the JOYPASTE BUBBLEFAN
-Stir

Preparation

-Remove a first part of the ice cream from the freezer (2 kg) and form a first layer in the pan.
-Vary the ice cream with JOYCREAM FRIZZZI POP BLUE (1 kg).
-Immediately deposit another layer of ice cream (2 kg) and put into blast chiller for 2-3 minutes.
-Strain with an additional layer of JOYCREAM FRIZZZI POP BLUE (1 kg) and put in blast chiller for about 5 minutes.
-Decorate the ice cream as desired with Dobla decorations.
