Ingredients

CREMA FREDDA CAFFE' g 1.100
milk g 3.000
TOTAL g 4.100

Preparation

Pour COLD COFFEE CREAM into the water (or milk and water), mix vigorously with a whisk or with a hand blender.
Let the mixture rest for 10-15 minutes and, after mixing again briefly, pour into the specific cold cream machine.
