Cold process custard powder mix. Very easy-to-use: you will only have to combine with milk or water and heat, to obtain delicious custard that proves to be perfectly freeze-stable. Useful to fill choux, krapfen/berline, as well as to make Chantilly cakes, fruit cakes and tarts.
