Fabio Speranza

Bakery ambassador
Fabio had a strong passion for bakery since he was a boy, first at amateur level, and then at professional level, as he attended an advanced training course for bakers at the Cast Alimenti Cooking School.
Over the years he has enriched his knowledge on large leavened products and on the pizza world.
He has had several work experiences in bakeries and oastry labs throughout Italy.
In 2020 he arrived in IRCA and joined the Ambassador team.
