25 OCTOBER:
All participants are requested to go to the hotel lobby at 13:30 to reach our headquarters using the shuttle provided for all of you by the Academy team. Departure is scheduled by 13:45.
Those who have specifically requested to be able to move independently by their own means, please reach the Academy by 1:45 p.m.
Even those who arrive with little advance, can go directly to the Academy and check-in in late afternoon (our Academy has a large wardrobe where you can safely leave your luggage).
At the end of the day, scheduled at about 18:00, participants will be taken back by shuttle to the hotel.
At 20:30 dinner will be served at the restaurant of the hotel (please remind the staff in the room any food intolerances/ allergies).
26 OCTOBER:
In the morning, the shuttle to Irca will leave at 08:45, to reach our headquarters by 09:00. Also on this occasion, we ask participants who want to move independently to respect the starting time of the course.
Lunch will be served at the Academy restaurant at 12:30.
At the end of the course, scheduled by 18:00, participants can return to the hotel using our shuttle to recover their vehicle, or reach directly airports/ stations by calling a taxi (we advise you to book it at least one day in advance - customer service)
